- This price list supersedes all previous price lists.
- Prices DO NOT include UPS Freight and C.O.D. Fee.
- The prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- There is a C.O.D. Charge $9.00 for each box by
UPS if the order is COD cash.

Minimum Order: |
- Initial Minimum mail order $250.00. Reorder minimum $100.00 (for mail
order).
- A $15.00 surcharge will be added to order below $100.00
- Large discount to quantity buyers (case lots only), please call for
quotes.
- Canada orders USD$1000.00 required.

Claims: |
- All claims of damages and shortages will be accepted only if such
damages and shortages are recorded on the UPS record and Bill of Lading.
Please make sure the number of cartons received match the number of
cartons stated on the the UPS record and Bill of Lading.
- Claims must be done within 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
- Refunds are not to be credited to any other card other than the card
used for the orginial purchase.
- Cash refunds are not allowed for merchandise purchased with credit
card.

Shipment/Payment: |
- Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are shipped via UPS Ground
service.
- Overnight, 2-days, and 3-days are also available to existing customers
only; new customers have to prepaid by credit card for freight.
- Saturday Delivery is limited on Special Emergency Order only.
- Order is usually shipped at the same day if the order is placed before
2:00 pm CT., with exception of certain situations.
- Shipped by UPS Advance Payment, C.O.D. Cash, Cashier Check, Money
Order, and major credit card or company check with approval.
- All open account over credit limit will be shipped by COD only.
- New credit card account buyers shipments have to be shipped to card
billing address required by bank.
- Existing COD account customers refusing COD packages twice will
be switched to pre-paid only.
- We cannot ship by COD to NEW CUSTOMERS, it has to be Pre-paid or credit card only.

Return: |
- No return merchandise will be accepted without approval number.
- Return merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of invoice.
- Merchanise accepted for return other than defective merchandise or
wrong shipment is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Buyer pays the freight of any return merchandise. We do not issue
UPS call tags.
- No return merchandise will be accepted after 30 days from purchase.

Hours: |
- Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Central Time; or you may fax your orders
24 hours a day.

Laws: |
- It's buyer's responsibility to check local laws about legality of
the merchandise in his/her selling area.
- The buyer must not sell any merchandise purchased from Wuu Jau to
a minor.

Walk-In Policy |
- No walk-in orders pick up on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- All walk-in orders must be placed 3 hours in advance before customers'
arrival on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- No add-on is allowed at the time of pick up.
- All local walk-in minimum order is $300.00 each time.

Others: |
- Accounts will be charged $25.00 for check returned for insufficient
funds.
- Full color catalogs wIthout our name are available at $3.00 each.
- All customers requesting an open account must be rated by Dunn &
Bradstreet and same trade references.
- All terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
- Because every country has different laws on what can or cannot be
imported, Canada shipments must be prepaid and all items seized by Customs
will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not process drop ship orders.
- Sorry No Foreign export orders (except Canada).
